This is probably the most brilliant, hilarious, and consistently fresh comic strip EVER. I delighted in the exploits of Calvin and his pet tiger, Hobbes, who was obviously a real and ferocious but lovable beast, but appeared as a stuffed animal to Calvin's parents, peers and superiors. While Calvin looks at girls with disgust, Hobbes dreams of smooches. If you can just get most people to leave you alone, you're doing good.
