Sometime during my attended session with the Note window open, I was no longer able to take notes At same time, I was no longer able to click on any toolbar items ex: I can see the session in the GTAE reporting, but my notes are gone.

If you remove the GoTo Opener application at a later time, you'll need to go through the entire download process each time you start a support session cljent the web app. It must be installed on your computer, even if the GoToAssist Expert application is already installed.
